Facilitates commercial loan closings from pre-funding through post-closing, including due diligence, documentation review, coding, imaging, insurance collection, funding disbursements, exception clearing, and record retention. Coordinates with attorneys, lending teams, servicing departments, and clients to ensure timely closings, compliance with credit approvals, accurate loan processing, and resolution of closing issues.

The role supports audits involving technology, information security, digital channels, and special projects while collaborating with audit teams, leadership, clients, and stakeholders.

Supervise teller operations and branch procedures, ensure dual-control and regulatory compliance, resolve customer issues, maintain security, operate a teller drawer, support staff, identify cross-selling opportunities, and participate in community events. The role requires prior teller experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to travel between branches, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Processes and researches payments from multiple sources, resolves unidentified cash transactions, handles account adjustments and reconciliations, and prepares daily check deposits using Remote Deposit Capture. The role also responds to internal and external inquiries, processes email requests, maintains records, and communicates with departments to resolve payment issues. Strong attention to detail, cash-handling experience, basic computer skills, and 10-key proficiency are required.
