Partner with the CFO and business leaders to provide FP&A support: build financial models, establish and report KPIs, own budgeting and forecasting, manage modeling for advisor recruitment/incentives/acquisitions, and lead report automation, process redesign, and technology improvements to drive business performance.

As a Full-Time Teller, you will process financial transactions, operate a teller drawer, and identify cross-sell opportunities. You will ensure compliance with policies and possibly open/close the bank while participating in community events.

Lead facilitation of IT audits and regulatory exams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, review audit artifacts, mentor staff, perform periodic internal control testing, and map technology risk to industry-standard frameworks.
