The Senior Financial Analyst supports finance transformation through financial planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, reporting automation, dashboards, and analytical modeling. Responsibilities include annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, financial close activities, cost savings and productivity analyses, leadership reporting, and cross-functional finance projects. The role partners with internal functions and requires strong financial systems, analytics, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Oversee multiple engineering and capital projects from conception through commissioning and operational handoff. Develops supply chain strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps; improves inventory, service, cash flow, cost efficiency, and agility. Oversees advanced planning, AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, supplier collaboration, organizational change, and business impact initiatives. Builds high-performing teams and drives measurable results through digital innovation and continuous improvement. Travel is required up to 40%.

Design, build, and iterate data engineering pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support analytics and data science. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions, promote self‑service analytics, define best practices, and support implementation using Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure components.

Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization. Evaluate risks, assess internal controls, analyze complex financial areas, develop recommendations, prepare audit reports, and communicate findings to management. The role also uses data analytics for audit planning, partners with stakeholders to improve processes, and mentors associate team members.

Serves as a strategic and operational HR partner to corporate functions, advising leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, succession planning, and engagement. Leads complex investigations, analyzes workforce metrics, supports talent and compensation processes, and collaborates with HR centers of excellence and Legal to deliver integrated people solutions.

Performs financial analysis, forecasting, annual and strategic planning, P&L and balance sheet analysis, month-end close support, and financial modeling. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and provide actionable recommendations. Develops metrics, scorecards, and reporting while supporting projects involving FP&A, product development, manufacturing investments, pricing, and in-market investments.

Provide white-glove onsite and remote technology support to senior leaders and their teams: troubleshoot workstations, collaboration and AV systems, support high-profile meetings and events, maintain system performance and security, train users, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and lead initiatives to improve support and user experience. Up to 15% domestic travel.

Performs advanced supply chain finance analysis, including forecasting, variance reporting, month-end close, product costing, cost of goods sold analysis, and financial modeling. Partners with supply chain, manufacturing, operations, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and brand finance teams to improve financial performance. Leads planning processes, supports financial controls, analyzes manufacturing costs and capital expenditures, develops recommendations, and delivers cost estimates for new and renovated products.
