Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and service delivery stakeholders to execute scalable solutions. Provides strategic compensation consulting, analytics, planning support, and program administration for corporate functions.

Provides financial leadership and commercial decision support for the US Commercial organization. Escalates incidents, supports containment and eradication, leads remediation, mentors junior analysts, documents procedures, and collaborates with security and IT teams across a multinational organization to improve threat detection and response capabilities.

Reviews capital placement agreements and determines lease classifications under ASC 842. Analyzes non-standard customer contract terms to develop ASC 606 revenue recognition conclusions, accounts for rebates and chargebacks, supports month-end close and audits, and contributes to revenue-process automation and SAP RAR optimization.

Build and operate Danaher’s enterprise data platform automation and reliability layer. Responsibilities include Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, self-service developer enablement, data platform provisioning, observability, SLOs, auto-remediation, FinOps, compliance guardrails, and event-driven operations across Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, dbt, and Airflow. The role also develops AI-driven operators and copilots using Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude, and related agent frameworks.

Leads OT network security engineering across manufacturing sites, translating enterprise architecture into segmentation, firewall, DMZ, access-control, and remote-access implementations. Coordinates production-sensitive cutovers with plant, IT, and safety teams while protecting manufacturing operations. Develops site-specific designs, compensating controls, implementation playbooks, and network documentation. Requires deep ICS expertise, knowledge of industrial protocols and security standards, and 10+ years of OT or industrial network security experience.

Designs and operates secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting AI initiatives. Builds Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, self-service provisioning, containerized environments, observability, monitoring, and reliability practices. Establishes platform standards, evaluates emerging technologies, drives cross-team architecture decisions, mentors engineers, and ensures governance, security, compliance, data quality, and auditability. The role is fully remote with up to 10% travel.
