The role translates operational needs into business requirements, validates solutions, analyzes appraiser and broker coverage, develops business justifications, and communicates insights and recommendations to leadership. It manages multiple initiatives, supports system enhancement requests, and partners cross-functionally with finance, sales, product, and operations teams.
