Responsible for leading the technical execution of a new data platform, transforming engineering culture, and ensuring timely delivery of platform components while maintaining engineering excellence.

Design and deliver production-ready AI agent solutions embedded with product and business teams: architecture, rapid prototyping, agent and multi-agent development, MCP integration, RAG and model orchestration, front-end dashboards, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

10-week, full-time finance and accounting internship supporting controllership and finance teams. Responsibilities include helping prepare Forms 10-Q/10-K, technical accounting research, planning and modeling, reporting, and decision-oriented analysis. Interns receive training, mentorship, present program contributions, and may be eligible for a post-graduation rotational development program.

Serve as central intake for external project data, validating, cleansing, and standardizing inputs into the capital plan. Support the Oracle account PMO by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project readiness, governance, and data accuracy. Maintain project systems, track approvals and SOW pipeline, produce portfolio reports, escalate blockers, and recommend process improvements to accelerate delivery and improve client experience.

Embed with product and engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI agent solutions quickly. Architect systems, build agent skills and MCP integrations, create front-end interfaces, implement RAG/LLM pipelines, and ensure observability, safety, and stakeholder alignment.

Drive procurement operations and technology enablement for category management. Execute e-sourcing events, build BI dashboards and automated templates, maintain master data, support transformation and change management, manage SharePoint and knowledge resources, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement across client accounts.

Manage complex non-catalog refrigeration and store fixture orders across a large retail footprint. Act as central coordinator between stores, engineering, vendors, and procurement to validate specs, convert ambiguous requests into correct SKUs, track shipments, expedite urgent orders, and perform store visits as needed. Resolve exceptions, create visual catalogs, and train stakeholders to improve ordering accuracy and fulfillment.

Prepare monthly/quarterly property financial statements for a 4–6 property portfolio, perform journal entries and bank reconciliations, manage cash and loan servicing, coordinate accounts payable, support audits, respond to property team and client accounting inquiries, and assist with annual budget preparation and year-end reconciliations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams advising public sector clients on complex real estate strategy, financial feasibility, transaction structuring (P3s, ground leases, tax-exempt financing), stakeholder engagement, and negotiations. Produce executive-ready analysis, guide procurement and political constraints, drive proposals and thought leadership, mentor staff, and manage project delivery and budgets while leveraging AI for research and drafting.
