Lead and deliver large, global go-to-market programs end-to-end: design, implement, change-manage, and transition initiatives. Own the full sales cycle, engage executive stakeholders, align technical and business requirements with product teams, develop account strategies, and close complex deals. Contribute to sales-process improvements and team projects.

Build and operate the Global Payments Performance operating model, including governance, capacity planning, metrics, reporting, dashboards, OKRs, and leadership cadences. Lead AI-enabled workflow improvements, data-driven process enhancements, systems troubleshooting, and cross-functional global programs such as churn reduction. Serve as a strategic partner to senior Customer Success leadership while translating business needs into technical requirements and driving initiatives from design through execution.

Supports global product sales strategy and operations by managing reporting, dashboards, data quality, sales systems, and Rhythm of Business activities. Analyzes sales performance, resolves system and data issues, documents requirements, improves scalable processes, and collaborates with sales, finance, operations, product, and customer success stakeholders.

Own the vision and roadmap for Stripe’s identity and access management platform. Define access-granting experiences, agent authentication and authorization, least-privilege permissions, custom roles, secretless authentication, and human approval workflows. Partner with Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments, and Money Movement teams to ship experiments, analyze usage, and iterate. Conduct user research with founders, administrators, and developers while balancing usability, flexibility, and security at scale.
