Lead systems engineering and early-stage development of rail automation, energy-performance, and system-optimized solutions. Oversee architecture, automation, AI, cloud engineering, vendor integration, safety assessments (DFMEA/SFMEA), validation planning, and sustainability technical strategy. Drive cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization, manage budgets/schedules, and develop talent and staffing strategies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. Manage commercial, technical, contractual, schedule, cost, and risk aspects for multi-year programs (CBTC, PTC, SCADA, communications). Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensure compliance, deliver executive reporting, and drive continuous improvement and program governance.
