Leads and coaches a team of 8–10 Business Development Representatives, setting goals, managing pipeline, forecasting performance, and driving accountability. Oversees hiring, training, retention, budgets, KPIs, lead-management processes, and sales methodology execution. Partners with Marketing and Sales Operations to improve scalable sales processes and ensures accurate Salesforce data. Requires a data-driven sales leadership approach and up to 15% travel.

Lead customer and market discovery, prioritize backlogs, define product metrics, and partner with engineering, data science, architecture, design, sales, marketing, and services teams. Drive AI feature launches, adoption measurement, governance, enablement, pricing, and executive communications while ensuring trustworthy, explainable, and compliant product experiences.

Provides strategic technical and business advisory support for complex enterprise sales. Leads customer discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, executive presentations, ROI modeling, RFP responses, pricing strategy, and professional services scoping. Partners with sales, product, engineering, services, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs, influence product roadmaps, and support adoption across cloud, on-premises, software, and services offerings.

Generates and qualifies sales leads, manages prospect funnels, conducts outreach through phone, email, and social media, and coordinates with field sales, marketing, operations, and purchasing teams. Maintains prospecting and nurture activities in Salesforce and SalesLoft, re-engages dormant accounts, develops product expertise, and consistently meets or exceeds activity and sales targets within an assigned territory or vertical market.

Manage and grow relationships with North American SMB customers by driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining account health, and achieving revenue targets. Serve as the primary customer contact, conduct proactive check-ins, resolve issues with internal teams, maintain Salesforce records, manage forecasts and pipelines, and communicate customer feedback to Product Management. The role requires consultative selling, strong relationship management, and experience with B2B SaaS accounts.

Develops business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, and value-tracking frameworks; supports sales and executive conversations to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.
