Manage enterprise customer relationships as a named technical resource and advocate. The Strategic Alliances Director manages Global System Integrator partnerships, building executive relationships, joint go-to-market plans, marketing strategies, sales pipelines, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include partner onboarding and enablement, business development, contract negotiation, QBRs, performance reporting, executive alignment, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. The role requires extensive enterprise software partnership sales experience, a strong partner network, quota achievement, and domestic and international travel.

Leads the design and scaling of global partner programs, enablement journeys, and operating processes. Establishes partner lifecycle frameworks, governance, planning cadences, dashboards, attribution, forecasting, and executive reporting.
