Lead independent and supported investigations into check, card, loan, insider and organized fraud. Conduct interviews, liaison with law enforcement, prepare SARs and written reports, recover funds, generate fraud alerts, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and related laws.

Perform financial analysis/modeling, risk evaluation, structuring, documentation, covenant monitoring, and client engagement. Oversee portfolio compliance, track lease metrics and contractual requirements, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff while supporting credit, relationship coverage, and capital markets teams.

Lead end-to-end Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) transition of vendor services into CFG India, managing workforce rebadging, knowledge transfer, governance, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, executive stakeholder engagement, and post-transfer stabilization to ensure service continuity and retention.

Lead end-to-end response for P1/P2 enterprise incidents, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, run major incident bridges, communicate executive updates, document incidents, enforce governance and ITIL practices, drive post-incident reviews and remediation, and improve response via metrics, automation, and service management tools.

Provide strategic legal counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance. Advise leadership on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, incident response, policy development, and dispute resolution. Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Risk, and Product teams to mitigate legal risks.
