Manages relationships with high-value social gaming players through frequent phone and email outreach. Responsibilities include retaining and reactivating VIP customers, developing new VIP relationships, increasing revenue and lifetime value, resolving issues with studios, analyzing campaign performance, supporting promotions and feature requests, and achieving productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, engagement, and reactivation goals.

Provide project reporting, risk mitigation, and mentorship to Associate Producers while maintaining cross-functional alignment and vendor performance.

Senior server-side engineer to develop and extend gameplay features and systems using PHP, work with relational and non-relational data stores, integrate new tools, and help define and scope work on high-profile live game titles.
