Lead drainage design for road and highway projects including hydraulic modeling, drainage calculations, erosion control review, quantity takeoffs, technical reports, and deliverables. Provide technical direction, supervise junior staff, coordinate with CAD drafters, and support state DOT permitting and project requirements.

Lead NEPA-guided transportation planning for regional road and highway projects including data collection, corridor and multimodal studies, alternatives analysis, environmental impact assessment, public engagement, mapping/graphics, and client/business development support. Mentor teams and coordinate with engineering and planning staff to deliver reports, studies, and plans.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.

Support delivery of rail and transit infrastructure by coordinating project documentation, tracking schedules and project controls, preparing reports and dashboards, assisting construction administration, managing logs (RFIs, submittals, change orders), facilitating stakeholder communication, and supporting project closeout and commissioning activities.
