Manage a portfolio of large law firm accounts, driving adoption, workflow transformation, retention, usage growth, and measurable customer value. Build trusted advisor relationships, develop success plans, guide change management, analyze customer health and usage data, support renewals and expansion, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement.
