Establish trusted metric definitions and data quality, connect sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and revenue tools, and deliver reliable dashboards and insights. Lead intake, prioritization, testing, change communications, training, and adoption for new systems. Serve as the autonomous technical owner and support resource for the commercial technology stack.
