Manages dealer relationships and sales activities across an assigned Texas territory. Responsibilities include developing dealer marketing plans, supporting customer and dealer issues, recruiting and evaluating dealers, promoting equipment sales, conducting product and business training, forecasting sales, managing inventory, coordinating equipment orders and transfers, and monitoring dealer performance. The role requires extensive field travel and close collaboration with dealers, customers, internal departments, and production teams.

Develop and support internal low-code applications and AI agents using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Assist with API and database integrations, automated testing, Agile delivery, intelligent automation, documentation, and application monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, compliant, reliable digital solutions that improve enterprise productivity and workflows. The role is remote with occasional travel to Vermeer campuses.
