Lead structuring, execution, and ongoing management of third-party investment in U.S. greenfield data center assets. Oversee JV and asset financial performance, financing and capital structures, risk assessment, investor reporting, and governance across development lifecycle. Partner with Finance, Legal, Construction, and investors to model scenarios, negotiate financing, manage liquidity and covenant compliance, and support board-level decision-making.

Lead global go-to-market (GTM) planning and marketing operations: build frameworks, manage budgets and reporting, align cross-functional teams, support executive leadership, and operationalize campaign execution to drive brand, leads, and business impact.

Partners with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders while maintaining dashboards, spend analytics, and process improvements.

Leads the global Workday HRIS strategy, roadmap, governance, portfolio, and operating model for total rewards, payroll, benefits, absence, time tracking, and People & Culture processes. Partners with HR, Finance, Compliance, Payroll, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions, establish controls and prioritization frameworks, and ensure operational resilience. Manages HRIS analysts and drives accountability for delivery outcomes.

Execute core accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close. Support statutory and operational financial reporting, audit requests, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate general ledger maintenance, internal controls, and timely delivery of financial reports.

Supports mechanical engineering for data center facilities, including hardware design, control sequence programming, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation, and stakeholder updates. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable infrastructure operations and applies knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, CAD, and CFD. The remote role includes occasional data center visits, approximately 10% travel, and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Designs and maintains network automation, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, orchestration, and compliance solutions across enterprise and data center environments. Integrates networks with monitoring, CMDB, ITSM, and source-of-truth platforms; develops reusable frameworks, workflows, and libraries; mentors technical teams; supports DevOps, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to technical standards, cross-functional projects, planning sessions, site visits, and vendor engagements.

Manage and improve the Quality Standards and Internal Audit Frameworks within the Integrated Management System (IMS). Maintain IMS documentation, plan and conduct internal audits, support external certification audit readiness, and ensure alignment with evolving certification and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
