Lead regional design and delivery of data center passive network reference designs across AMER. Develop and govern documentation, specifications, and construction drawings; coordinate with stakeholders, manage projects, control costs, and ensure compliance with product, client, and regulatory requirements. Produce as-built records and represent network design as a technical authority.

Translate business requirements into data products, build foundational datasets and KPIs, develop dashboards and automated reporting, run advanced statistical and ML analyses, and mentor stakeholders to improve performance measurement, governance, and decision-making.

Manage a global portfolio of enterprise applications end-to-end, translate business requirements into technical solutions, design and oversee integrations, ensure availability/security/compliance, coordinate incidents/changes/releases and global rollouts, support end users and vendors, drive optimization and automation, maintain documentation, and provide 24x7 support.

Manage onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle account management for small-to-mid enterprise and retail clients.
