The Mid-Market Account Executive will identify and close opportunities with mid-market companies, develop client relationships, manage a pipeline of leads, and achieve revenue targets in a field sales role.

Lead and develop a team of 4-6 Channel Account Managers across regions to drive partner-generated pipeline, revenue, and retention. Own quota attainment, territory and channel business plans, partner recruitment and activation, executive partner relationships, incentive design, cross-functional GTM, and regular performance reporting. Requires hiring, coaching, and performance management to scale partner-led growth.
