Structure, price, negotiate, and manage bespoke digital-asset credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement trades, and collateralized loans. Originate funding relationships, optimize collateral utilization, assess market and credit risks, and develop documentation, controls, and operational processes. Partner with sales, legal, risk, compliance, and operations teams to scale the Prime Financing business and drive institutional revenue growth.

Responsible for driving new business from institutional clients in the digital asset industry, enhancing service offerings, and collaborating across departments to close deals.
