As an Engineering Manager at Medallion, you will lead engineering teams, shape product roadmaps, mentor engineers, and build a strong team culture while integrating AI into workflows.

Lead the Applied AI & Data Platform team to turn LLMs and point solutions into production-grade agents and data systems. Own AI roadmap, production reliability (evals, observability, HITL), data pipelines and tooling, and scale the org by hiring and mentoring managers and senior engineers to ship safe, measurable AI outcomes.

Lead and own payer enrollment as a business: set goals for enrollment times and success rates, prioritize builds, ship fast, measure outcomes, make technical tradeoffs, hire and develop engineering managers and engineers, and partner with Product, Operations, and Applied AI to automate and scale enrollment workflows.
