Manages lender task workflows related to CPI and LPI insurance programs, including notices, certificates, billings, premiums, refunds, loan histories, reporting, and issue resolution. Audits and analyzes loan-level information, resolves discrepancies, supports internal teams, tracks service-level workloads, and recommends process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and less than 12 months of related experience.

Facilitates client training programs on-site and virtually, supports new and external facilitators through coaching and quality control, coordinates facilitator schedules and training calendars, manages cost-efficient travel, maintains facilitator resources, and supports client relationships. The role requires extensive travel across the United States and Canada, virtual training expertise, strong communication skills, and at least five years of independent or corporate training facilitation experience.
