The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staffing and routing, conduct inspections, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across multiple divisions in the Central Region. Build talent pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, support offers and pre-employment, track recruiting metrics, and partner with hiring managers. Travel regularly to regional locations to support recruiting events and strengthen field relationships.
