Lead regional operations to drive profitable growth through client acquisition and retention, implement annual business plans, manage talent and financial controls, oversee property & casualty staff, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, hire and develop colleagues, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Travel as required.

Review and establish FMLA and paid leave claims; determine eligibility and benefits per client plans and regulations; calculate and process payments/adjustments; communicate with claimants and clients; maintain documentation and service standards.

Lead technical and operational functions for multiple offices, ensuring compliance, quality claims service, staffing, training, P&L and budget management. Establish policies and business plans, monitor performance, support sales/client efforts, and supervise hiring, development and performance for 100-299 colleagues. Travel as required.
