Provides consultative account management and brokerage services for large-group employee benefits clients. Oversees complex benefit programs, plan design, funding strategies, carrier marketing, underwriting negotiations, renewals, compliance, and client presentations. Builds relationships with senior HR and C-level decision-makers, manages retention and cross-selling opportunities, coordinates internal service delivery, mentors colleagues, and supports receivables collection.

Manage and retain assigned employee benefits accounts by acting as the technical broker-consultant. Supports employee benefits financial management by maintaining client plan cost data, preparing periodic financial reports, benchmarking benefit costs, assisting with renewals and client budgets, evaluating vendor proposals, resolving reporting issues, and researching health and welfare benefits strategies. The role also develops relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams while contributing to benefit plan competitiveness and organizational improvement.

Supports Account Managers with insurance renewals, applications, policy servicing, cancellations, endorsements, certificates, billing issues, quotes, and coverage inquiries. The role coordinates with clients, carriers, underwriters, and internal teams; identifies cross-selling opportunities; monitors account activity; assists with retention efforts; and provides timely customer service. It is a developmental, virtual-first position requiring approved state insurance licenses and support for at least two Account Managers.

Provides commercial insurance account support by processing certificates of insurance, evidences of property, loss runs, auto ID cards, loss summaries, and renewal activities. Assists account managers, serves clients and carrier representatives, maintains agency system records, and completes assigned projects. Requires strong organization, communication, teamwork, office software proficiency, and a Property and Casualty producer’s license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.

Manages commercial insurance accounts for franchise clients, handling carrier documents, policy endorsements, contract reviews, certificates, coverage quotes, binding instructions, billing inquiries, audit disputes, and client relationships. Partners with producers, account executives, and internal teams to resolve coverage issues, support risk management needs, facilitate productivity, and participate in client meetings. Requires commercial lines expertise, a Property & Casualty license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
