Provides commercial insurance account support by processing certificates of insurance, evidences of property, loss run requests, auto ID cards, and renewal activities. Assists Account Managers, serves clients and carrier representatives, maintains accurate records, and completes assigned projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, office software proficiency, and commercial lines knowledge, with a Property and Casualty license required or obtainable within 90 days.

Manage and retain assigned personal lines insurance accounts as the primary technical broker-consultant. Build and maintain scalable GCP-based data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models. Support migrations from legacy systems, enable ML integrations, enforce data quality and lineage, document Terraform modules, implement CI/CD across environments, and provide production support and performance tuning within Agile teams.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure. Build scalable microservices using Golang, gRPC, and .NET; develop REST APIs and Salesforce integrations; and implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, YAML, and Docker. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor application performance, and resolve production issues. The role is fully remote eligible.

Service, maintain, and grow a book of Management Liability accounts (D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime). Provide subject-matter expertise to partner agents, manage carrier relationships, complete and review applications, obtain and compare quotes, present proposals, bind coverage, document transactions in the AMS, and pursue retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while delivering high-quality client service.

Provides strategic risk consulting to manufacturing, construction, distribution, and industrial clients. Leads risk assessments, audits, loss analysis, mitigation planning, training, and client deliverables. Manages client retention, supports new business proposals, coordinates carrier and vendor resources, and mentors junior consultants. Requires strong occupational safety and risk management expertise, relationship-building, communication, organization, and willingness to travel regularly to client sites.

Manage a book of employee benefits clients, maintain client and carrier relationships, handle renewals, compliance, audits, claims escalation, vendor and carrier implementations, open enrollment support, reporting/benchmarking, and mentor junior team members while ensuring delivery of strategic multi-year plans.

Design and deliver end-to-end integration and automation solutions across retirement and private wealth systems (APIs, ETL, event-driven, batch). Translate business requirements into detailed architectures, produce integration diagrams and interface specs, evaluate platforms and cloud services, guide delivery teams through build and test, and partner with business stakeholders to align technical designs with strategy.

Handle warm inbound insurance leads, identify customer needs, follow call scripts, transfer or schedule calls, document conversations, meet quality and call-transfer targets, and build strong customer relationships. The role includes virtual training and licensing support for a Property and Casualty license.
