Serve as servant-leader and coach for one or more cross-functional delivery squads. Manage projects, update CRM and tracking tools, help design standardized workflows and analytics, and maintain professional relationships across the pharmacy practice in a remote or hybrid setting.

Lead execution of ancillary RFPs for large-group new business and renewals, analyze plan design beyond price comparisons, maintain CRM marketing opportunities, gather carrier underwriting and compliance details, support brokers and carriers, serve as subject-matter expert, and identify and implement process improvements while meeting SLAs.
