Responsibilities include source analysis, canonical data modeling, source-to-target mapping, ETL architecture, reconciliation, data-quality frameworks, cutover sequencing, tooling standards, team leadership, and production of migration artifacts for government review.

Partner with cybersecurity, ATO, and MDIO teams on identity controls and author identity architecture documentation for government delivery. The position requires federal identity-platform experience, citizenship, background investigation clearance, and substantial identity engineering experience.
