Lead Adyen’s Product Experience organization for the merchant setup journey. Define PX strategy, build and manage a team of eight full-stack PX professionals, champion customer-centered product decisions, and partner with product, engineering, commercial, operations, and senior leadership. Ensure high-quality research, design, and content execution across onboarding, compliance, developer experience, and platform engineering. Coach team members, foster experimentation and urgency, and drive measurable customer and business impact.

Build and scale banking account products that let businesses open, manage, and move money within Adyen’s platform. Responsibilities include technical design, architecture, requirements analysis, Java implementation, API and tooling development, testing, production launches, platform scalability improvements, and cross-team collaboration. The role involves complex distributed systems and delivering reliable, high-performance customer experiences at scale.

Lead advanced risk, fraud, and payment optimization analyses for major fintech merchants. Analyze large-scale transactional, ML output, and labeled risk data; design experiments and statistical investigations; develop scalable analytical tools, ETL workflows, dashboards, and reusable frameworks; collaborate with risk product teams; translate findings into merchant strategies and product improvements; enable commercial stakeholders through playbooks and self-service tools; and mentor analysts.

Responsible for designing, implementing, managing and maintaining data storage systems, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, security, and disaster recovery.

Lead the Support Quality Assurance function and a team of 2–3 QA Specialists. Define the long-term transition from manual to AI-led evaluation, develop QA frameworks and scoring systems, establish calibration and governance, track quality KPIs, ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, manage QA tooling and vendors, and translate insights into improved CSAT, NPS, first-contact resolution, and reduced escalations.

Lead company-wide strategy and execution: run end-to-end strategic projects, align cross-functional stakeholders, design strategic planning and goal-setting, drive business operations rhythms and reviews, create leadership decision materials, and solve ambiguous problems with structured, pragmatic recommendations.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of Adyen’s US banking products. Scale Adyen Accounts and money movement, integrate banking with Payments, Capital, and Issuing, and drive adoption across enterprise and platform customers. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant, resilient, and monetizable financial capabilities while influencing senior stakeholders across a global organization.

Lead the Data Foundations program to establish data-as-a-product practices. Own cross-functional execution, reduce technical debt, drive adoption of data governance, implement self-service data infrastructure, and maintain program health artifacts (RAID logs, dashboards, roadmaps).

Lead and build a new engineering team within Adyen’s Issuing organization. Own the technical roadmap for card-issuing products, provide technical authority, coach engineers, manage performance, and ensure high-quality execution. Partner with product, commercial, operations, clients, banks, vendors, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable API-based financial services. Shape product strategy, address technical debt, uphold engineering standards, and support expansion of issuing capabilities.
