Own a portfolio of U.S. merchant accounts in arrears, managing outreach, repayment plans, recoveries, escalations, and legal or risk issues. Responsibilities include coaching and developing support engineers, handling technical escalations, establishing processes, defining objectives and key results, tracking performance, aligning global support practices, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Sales while providing high-quality support for Adyen’s platform and APIs.

Advise Adyen’s payments and product partnership teams across the Americas. Structure, draft, and negotiate strategic infrastructure partnership agreements with financial institutions, card networks, payment methods, and technology partners. Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based container orchestration and supporting infrastructure across a global private cloud. Drive automation, tooling, and GitOps workflows; ensure availability and performance, participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response and postmortems, and collaborate on multi-region resilience and platform modernization.
