Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on multi-channel demand generation programs (email, webinars, social, paid) to drive awareness, engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue. Manage webinar strategy and logistics, social media channels, campaign assets, segmentation, nurture programs, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Coordinates product content and data workflows across recipient and retailer programs. Tracks milestones, identifies stalled or incomplete items, maintains reports and program records, reviews data quality, resolves operational issues, and communicates status, risks, and dependencies. Collaborates with program management, customer success, operations, product, engineering, suppliers, brands, and Mandarin-speaking vendors. Lead visual strategy and execution for integrated marketing and brand experiences across digital, web, campaigns, events, and multimedia. Translate data and strategy into compelling visual narratives, maintain scalable design systems and component libraries, produce motion graphics and storyboards, collaborate cross-functionally, and elevate creative quality and consistency across channels to drive business and brand goals.

Generate new enterprise prospects and upsell existing clients for Syndigo’s PIM, PXM, and MDM solutions. Responsibilities include identifying target companies, conducting discovery calls, qualifying opportunities for account executives, executing email and cold-call outreach, engaging C-suite and VP stakeholders, researching prospects, and using sales technology to improve outbound efficiency.

Own post-sale relationships for 8–12 strategic enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Drive customer outcomes, product adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, advocacy, and ROI realization. Lead executive conversations and QBRs, identify risks and growth opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and communicate customer insights to Product, Support, and Services. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Chicago office.

Lead discovery and strategy sessions, deliver tailored product demos, build ROI-driven business cases, maintain demo environments, and collaborate with Sales/Product/Marketing to design solutions using APIs and SDKs. Influence buying decisions through value-centric storytelling and executive-level presentations.

Drive new business by prospecting manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers for Syndigo’s in-store/category management solutions. Use consultative selling to demo SaaS products, qualify needs, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline in Salesforce/Clari, and hit activity and revenue KPIs with cross-functional collaboration.
