Collaborate with solutions engineering, customer success, support, marketing, product support, developer relations, and revenue operations teams. The role requires experience with large SaaS deals, land-and-expand strategies, quota attainment, and executive-level selling.

Own and modernize billing systems: define plans, pricing, entitlements, usage metering, and billing APIs. Decompose monoliths into independently deployable services, ensure end-to-end correctness (reconciliation, idempotency), operate SLOs/alerting, and run on-call. Integrate with billing, CRM, and finance systems.

Lead backend engineer for Identity & Access Management owning SSO (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2), SCIM provisioning, login/session flows, MFA, API key/token auth. Build enterprise identity features, improve operability (SLOs, monitoring, runbooks), partner on security/compliance, and mentor engineers while driving technical direction.
