Lead presales technical discovery and solution design for AI/GPU and HPC infrastructure. Review technical designs, build take-offs, estimate services, write SOWs, and present solutions to win business while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Manage and grow client accounts by supporting onboarding, generating accurate quotes, processing orders, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics and forecasting, advocating for clients, escalating and remediating risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer experience.

Build operating model, processes, KPIs, lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, expansion), drive retention, health monitoring, and account profitability, enable upsell/cross-sell, and align cross-functional teams to ensure strong customer outcomes and executive-level engagement.

Lead the Professional Services PMO to ensure consistent, profitable delivery of complex technology projects. Manage and develop PMO staff, establish governance, optimize resource and portfolio management, drive operational excellence, and partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and executives to improve forecasting, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
