Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies for 1Password.

Lead 1Password’s developer events and community strategy across San Francisco, New York City, and future markets. Plan conferences, sponsorships, meetups, workshops, dinners, and hosted events; manage budgets, vendors, speakers, venues, and on-site execution. Build lasting developer relationships between events, collaborate with developer advocacy, marketing, and sales, and measure engagement, adoption, and pipeline impact. Capture event content for social channels and represent 1Password in person.

Serves as a technical advisor for mid-market customers throughout complex sales cycles. Leads discovery, technical qualification, demonstrations, solution design, and stakeholder alignment. Translates technical concepts into business value, recommends solutions, coaches Account Executives, educates customers, and collaborates with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support. Mentors teammates and manages multiple opportunities independently. Travel up to 25% is required.
