Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly, part-time, and select salaried roles. Own a regional territory end to end, managing client escalations, launches, partner and restaurant onboarding, site audits, troubleshooting, operational metrics, and account financial health. The role builds scalable remote-management systems, coordinates field resources, supports program leadership, mentors future hires, and presents strategic recommendations.

Owns the performance, satisfaction, and growth strategy for a portfolio of strategic client locations. Serves as the primary client contact, leads business reviews, analyzes operational and financial data, identifies expansion opportunities, oversees onsite support, and drives cross-functional improvements. The role requires regular onsite presence, regional travel, executive communication, and coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, and restaurant partners.
