Build partnerships with brokers, HRIS and benefits platforms, define product and operational requirements, set pricing and P&L, and design the organizational model to scale employer-based education savings offerings.

Designs and delivers sales onboarding, training, playbooks, and readiness programs. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to align enablement with GTM strategy. Develops content with SMEs, tracks training effectiveness, maintains sales content and technology stack, and supports adoption of enablement tools to improve seller performance and consistency.
