Manage the XTP back-office platform and associated static data, monitor system feeds, provide production support and user training, analyze issues, coordinate vendor requirements, and implement system changes. Maintain controls, procedures, regulatory reporting processes, audit responses, and compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and exchange requirements while supporting operational risk management.

Administer daily commission and fee changes, adjustments, postings, and client rate setups. Maintain exchange membership configurations, investigate trade discrepancies, coordinate transfer charges, interpret domestic and international exchange fee schedules, and ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and exchange requirements. The role requires independent ownership, accurate processing in a regulated, high-volume environment, collaboration with traders, investment bankers, new accounts, and balancing teams, and effective risk escalation.
