Develop, enhance, and support distribution-facing systems by translating stakeholder requirements into high-performing solutions. Monitor and fix software defects, design and test features, troubleshoot platform and application issues, provide Tier III on-call backup, support floor-level implementations, and create system documentation to improve distribution performance, scale, and stability.

Evaluate inbound/outbound Credit team calls and desktop activity, complete Accounts Receivable aging reviews, prepare call evaluations and written summaries, report non-compliance, identify training opportunities, maintain reporting spreadsheets, and collaborate with supervisors to support departmental goals.
