Serve as strategic advisor and subject matter expert for Vizient CDB and PA, leading client engagements to drive product adoption, analyze healthcare data for performance improvements, deliver trainings and demos, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor team members, and inform product roadmap and process improvements.

Lead UX strategy and design for next-generation healthcare platforms, focusing on AI-enabled, data-rich workflows. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and clinical teams to create scalable, accessible design systems, prototype AI interfaces, run user research and testing, and mentor UX teams to drive ethical, human-centered solutions.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and discovery for internal and customer-facing healthcare supply chain software. Validate market opportunities, build business cases and roadmaps, prototype AI-enabled solutions, and drive cross-functional delivery while influencing executive stakeholders and mentoring product managers.

Develop datasets, reports, dashboards, and visualizations; identify trends and benchmarks; advise clients on analytics approaches and best practices; lead small projects and client meetings to deliver actionable insights supporting operational, financial, and quality improvement.
