Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise intelligent automation using Power Platform and UiPath. Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build scalable solutions, integrate with systems, deliver dashboards, enforce governance, troubleshoot complex issues, lead projects and mentor team members to drive automation CoE and continuous improvement.

Provide Service Desk support for escalated incidents and service requests; troubleshoot hardware, software, access, network, and application issues; document resolutions in ticketing system; manage tickets to meet SLAs; perform user account and access support; collaborate with resolver teams; support onboarding and endpoint setup; improve knowledge articles and support processes while maintaining clear, customer-focused communication.

Provide day-to-day account management support including scheduling, documentation, CRM updates, reporting, client research, meeting logistics, and preparation of presentations and materials. Ensure data integrity and consistent reporting, support onboarding and training, and drive continuous improvement so senior consultants can focus on strategic client engagement.

Lead architecture and implementation of a Palantir Foundry data product, owning the enterprise ontology and curated datasets. Integrate EHR and ERP data into governed semantic models, design scalable PySpark pipelines and analytical datasets, enforce data quality, governance, security, and observability, set architecture standards, and mentor engineers to enable reporting, AI workflows, and reusable analytics.

As a Principal Solutions Architect, you'll lead complex cross-domain analytical product architecture, define enterprise data strategies, and drive AI/ML adoption while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Lead and scale AI, ML, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation for Revenue Intelligence. Identify high-value use cases, build and deploy LLM and agentic AI solutions and production models (forecasting, propensity, recommendation, customer intelligence), drive automation, measure adoption and business value, and partner cross-functionally while managing vendors and delivery frameworks.
