Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger reconciliation, financial statement preparation, forecasting, month-end and quarter-end close support, investment transaction recording, audit coordination, and client communication. The role manages multiple engagements, maintains accurate financial records, supports accounting projects, and identifies process improvements while delivering responsive client service.

Lead ETF business development by building relationships with RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers. Prospect, educate, and convert advisors on ETF implementation and portfolio construction. Partner with leadership on market strategy, contribute to thought leadership, represent the firm at events, and provide market feedback to shape product positioning and growth.
