Translate customer requirements into complete solutions, deliver projects on schedule, maintain project documentation, resolve technical challenges, communicate roadblocks, and mentor team members. The role requires API experience across multiple products, scripting expertise, strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Leads the implementation organization and customer onboarding strategy, overseeing implementation processes from sale through product adoption and integration. Builds and manages implementation teams, optimizes workflows using analytics, automation, and AI, and coordinates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support. The role also manages complex technical implementations, escalated customer issues, implementation metrics, data migration, and professional services offerings.
