Build executive relationships, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, coordinate resources, present value propositions, and meet or exceed revenue quotas.

Own product strategy and roadmap for Admin and ESPP within Certent Equity Management. Write detailed PRDs, define data models and calculation logic, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, design admin and audit features, and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, brokers, compliance, and professional services. Engage customers and broker partners for discovery, demos, and support sales and implementation.

Provide pre-sales technical support for EPM/ERP financial software: deliver product demonstrations, design custom solutions, support proposals/RFPs, enable partners, collaborate with sales, and relay prospect feedback to product teams.

Lead QA & Standards for an enterprise SaaS platform, owning manual QA, automation, and performance testing.
