Leads a healthcare finance site liaison team while performing hands-on accounting and financial management. Responsibilities include overseeing overhead ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, P&L and balance sheet analysis, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements. Partners with finance and operational leaders to resolve complex accounting matters and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting in a shared-services environment.

Manage a team of 15–20 accountants overseeing hospital balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, month-end close, financial reporting accuracy, and variance resolution. Partner with hospital and finance leaders, ensure GAAP and policy compliance, and lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption using Oracle, reporting tools, Excel, and AI. Recruit, coach, and develop staff while supporting transformation initiatives and operational efficiency.

Develops rehabilitation program census by educating communities, building relationships with referral sources, conducting presentations, and identifying solutions to admission barriers. The role requires extensive face-to-face work with patients, families, physicians, care teams, and referral partners across an assigned territory. Candidates need a licensed clinical degree, healthcare experience, strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
