Manage a team of staff counsel defending liability, property damage, UM/UIM, and subrogation cases in New Jersey. Oversee hiring, performance, discipline, training, and office metrics. Handle complex litigation tasks including legal research, briefs, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial work. Coordinate with Claims, ensure CLE compliance, and improve office productivity and subrogation results while adhering to company policies and codes of conduct.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies across a designated territory through in-person and virtual engagement. Provide product expertise, training, local marketing support, performance monitoring, recruiting and disciplinary actions, and use data to drive agency growth and execution. Travel within territory required (40% overnight).
