Manage day-to-day AP and general accounting tasks including processing vendor invoices, employee expense reports, corporate card reconciliation, journal entries, bank reconciliations, intercompany billing, month-end and year-end close support, GL reconciliations, audit and J-Sox support, tax compliance assistance, and process improvement within the finance team.

Own a defined product area end-to-end: gather customer and stakeholder insights, write clear requirements, scope roadmap items, partner with Engineering and Design in Agile, track metrics, drive launches, and iterate on outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally and travel up to 10% annually.

The Customer Support Engineer promotes sales and provides technical support for Misumi products, collaborating with teams to drive customer success and increase sales while ensuring accurate product information and support.

Design and build demonstration and training systems (automation cells, fixtures, motion systems) using MISUMI components. Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, and BOMs; fabricate and prototype hardware; document designs and create instructional content; collaborate with marketing, instructional designers, and product teams; iterate based on user feedback.
