Design and rapidly ship focused 15–45-minute courses in sprints of three weeks or less. Own needs analysis, design, development, QA, publishing, and live or virtual delivery. Lead enterprise AI transformation for Fortune 50-100 clients: set vision, drive ROI and P&L impact, build C-suite relationships, orchestrate cross-functional programs, scale playbooks and best practices, and identify expansion opportunities alongside Customer Success and Sales.

Partner with Fortune 50-100 clients to design and execute enterprise AI transformation. Lead C-suite engagements, define vision and JTBD frameworks, quantify P&L impact, orchestrate cross-functional programs, drive ROI/value realization, and scale transformation playbooks and best practices.

Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases, architect and implement custom applications and integrations on WRITER's platform using LLMs and Knowledge Graphs, translate technical concepts to stakeholders, drive adoption, and influence product through customer feedback.

Drive outbound prospecting to build pipeline at enterprise accounts for WRITER's AI platform. Research target accounts, run multi-touch ABM campaigns, set qualified meetings for AEs, streamline processes, and maintain Salesforce. Partner with Marketing and Sales to convert ICP accounts into opportunities in a hybrid SF/Chicago/NYC role.

Drive technical discovery with enterprise prospects, design and architect scalable, secure generative AI and LLM solutions, lead PoCs and demos, advise executive stakeholders, partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap, and champion adoption of WRITER's platform and APIs to accelerate customer time-to-value.
