Drive new customer acquisition and business development across North America, focusing on transportation customers in automotive, aerospace, robotics, and related markets. Responsibilities include identifying targets, converting prospects, managing complex negotiations, exceeding sales targets, building the pipeline, and collaborating with marketing, inside sales, and operations on regional campaigns.

Provide technical expertise to customers and sales teams for electric motors, battery systems, and power electronics. Support product installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, RFQs, and design reviews remotely and at global customer locations. Validate customized systems, resolve field issues with engineering teams, support installation and maintenance design activities, and identify customer insights and business opportunities. Domestic and international travel is required, sometimes with limited notice.
