Design, develop, and maintain a proprietary e-commerce platform within a microservices architecture. Own service components, estimate work, clarify requirements, dive into a large codebase, implement scalable fault-tolerant solutions, write and maintain tests, support deployments and operations, and assist support teams during incidents.

Serve as primary legal advisor on state and federal legislative and regulatory matters affecting vehicle titling and licensing. Lead legislative strategy, manage external lobbyists, draft comments and statutory language, testify before committees, track bills nationwide, implement new laws across operations, support compliance and training teams, and prepare lobbying disclosures and regulatory guidance.

It requires strong analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills, along with foundational knowledge of COSO and risk management.

Design and refine user experiences by conducting research, building information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Partner with product and marketing to define design specifications, facilitate stakeholder sessions, evaluate UX research, and lead complex projects to improve interface functionality and satisfaction.

The Staff Data Scientist will lead data science projects, build ML models, develop AI solutions, and mentor junior staff while integrating data-driven insights into business operations.
