The Junior Mobile Core Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve telecom network issues, support customer queries, and maintain network performance while collaborating with engineering teams.

Support finance operations including AP/AR, prepare and audit monthly customer invoices in Xero and Facturama, process vendor bills, perform account reconciliations and aging analyses, produce ad-hoc reports, coordinate vendor onboarding, respond finance inquiries, and document and improve AP/AR processes.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development for telecom/MVNO customers. Present demos, qualify inbound leads, drive deals from discovery to contract, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.

Drive product discovery, strategy, and roadmap for OXIO's telecom-as-a-service platform. Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing; use customer research, data analysis, and AI tools to build B2B products like BrandVNO, eSIM onboarding, APIs, billing, and analytics; own launches, measure outcomes, and iterate.

Lead cloud mobile core platform operations: configure and manage core network elements (HLR/HSS, SGSN, GGSN/PGW, SMSC, SBC, STP, DRA), troubleshoot with Wireshark, run security audits, implement interconnects, build dashboards, handle incidents and on-call duties, and collaborate with providers and internal teams.

Design, deploy, and maintain observability for mobile core networks (2G/3G/4G/5G). Implement monitoring, tracing, log aggregation, AI anomaly detection, dashboards, and alerts. Provide L3 support and troubleshoot network issues, develop KPIs/SLOs, train NOC teams, and manage escalations to meet SLAs.

Own and operate subscriber data management (HLR/HSS/UDR/UDM) across 2G–5G. Design provisioning workflows, implement MAP/Diameter/HTTP2 interfaces, monitor KPIs, handle incidents, perform maintenance and protocol traces, lead deployments/upgrades, support MVNO onboarding, automate provisioning tasks, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure high availability and data integrity.

Provide L3 telecom support: monitor and troubleshoot mobile core and roaming issues across 2G/3G/4G/5G using signalling trace analysis, coordinate with MNOs, create dashboards, support NOC, develop KPIs and training, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.

Manage, configure, integrate and troubleshoot IMS/VoLTE core network nodes and services across 2G/3G/4G. Perform monitoring, incident handling, Wireshark trace analysis, configuration changes, maintenance, security audits, and on-call support. Improve processes, implement IMS features, and coordinate with customers and third-party providers.

Lead design, implementation, operation, and optimization of virtualized and cloud-native telecom network functions (packet core, IMS, charging/policy). Deploy and operate infrastructure across AWS/Azure/OpenShift/VMware, automate workflows and IaC, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain FCAPS and documentation for service reliability.
