The Director of Site Acquisition leads the Site Acquisition Team, managing land campaigns, coordinating with teams, negotiating contracts, and driving project pipeline growth for renewable energy projects.

Serve as a strategic commercial partner to sales leadership by driving sales planning, resource deployment, territory optimization, and performance management. Build analytics, forecasting models, and business cases; improve reporting and decision frameworks; identify market opportunities and recommend GTM priorities. Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams and support execution to improve sales productivity and growth.

Provide onboarding and ongoing group and individual training on policies, procedures, competencies, and laboratory information systems; develop and update training materials; serve as procedural/compliance resource; support leadership on quality/service metrics; create improvement plans, maintain training records, assist with high-volume workflow and travel to client sites for training.

Coordinate with property management, auditors, and tax preparers, maintain documentation, and meet monthly reporting deadlines.

Manage plant distribution, production scheduling, inventory and procurement to support Darien converting facility. Optimize warehouse operations, track supply chain metrics, coordinate shipments, conduct supplier audits, and support physical inventories while improving systems and sourcing.
